CANCELLATION POLICY

Bare Botanics LLC – Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Bare Botanics LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care to every client in a timely and efficient manner. To help us serve all clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the remaining schedule, and you will still be charged for the full service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there is not enough time to complete your service, your appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation and charged 100% of the service total. A valid credit card is required to book and will be securely stored through Gloss Genius. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Bare Botanics LLC to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. We understand that unexpected situations arise and appreciate your cooperation in providing adequate notice when changes are needed. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our estheticians, while allowing us to maintain the highest level of service.
